SITE TRAINING
We personally prefer training on site, following
up with assistance on site on your first payroll
day and another visit to review reports and answer
any other questions. This is all included in our
small conversion fee. The better you are at utilizing
our system, the more efficient your payroll process
will be. Then, everyone is happy.
WHAT
KIND OF SYSTEM IS NEEDED TO RUN PC or INTERNET PAYROLL?
PC Clients should request the most recent Hardware
Recommendation Listing. Internet clients simply
need access to Internet Explorer 5.0 or Netscape
6.0. Call us if you do not have either of these
browsers, they can be downloaded at no charge. Adobe
Acrobat Reader is also recommended. |

Keeping your data secure!!
Certified Payroll maintains hourly back ups of all
data.
Daily, the data is submitted to an emergency site
where we can be up and running in case of some unexpected
emergency.
Internet & PC Payroll can only be viewed if
you have a USERNAME, PASSWORD and unique company
ID#. You can change your password as often as you
would like. |
